  1. 1) To get a dock-leaf and roast it over the fire and then rub fat meat on it and put it on the burn and the same thing should be done every day until the burn was healed.
    2) To get a leaf called hounds tongue and take the vein off the back of it and put it on the tongs over the fire and heat it and then slap it between your hands and put it up hot to the burn.
    3) To fry a cabbage leaf in fat.
    4) To go out and get a fresh cow dung and put it on the burn and that was suppose to cure it.
