    Another remedy is ; a piece of horse radish rubbed to the gum is considered good.
    Earache ;
    A certain cure for earache is to get a cup and to fasten a piece of cloth to the rim and two or three holes pierced in it. Place the sore ear on the top of the cup and in a few minutes the pain will be gone.
    Ringworm,
    Is cured by rubbing burnt paper applied for three mornings in suscession.

    Wild celery boiled and strained then placed on a bit of clean linen
