    The birds that are most commonly seen in this district are:
    The Robin: builds its nest in bushes or ivy. She starts building her nest in early spring with moss and feathers.
    The Swallow: builds her nest in the eaves of houses with material much the same as that of the robin.
    The Wren: builds her nest in ditches with moss, hair and feathers.
    The Crows: builds their nest on trees with sticks and hair.
    The Wild Goose: makes her nest in the bogs with heather moss and feathers.
    The Cuckoo: come to us in April and go to warmer weather in July.
    Pheasant: makes its nest in brakes of briars its eggs are brown with green spots.
