    Brave, fearless boys of Limerick,
    Proud wearers of Green and White
    You've won the Munster Cup again,
    In a down and stern fight.
    When on Cork Athletic Grounds,
    You met Tipperary's best
    You proudly kept your colors flying,
    In a hard and thrilling test
    They tried to stop your onward march,
    With muscle, brawn and brain,
    They were confident of victory boys
    But their hopes were all in vain.
    For you were there with courage calm
    Your honours to uphold,
    And as you've beaten many teams
    You beat Tipperary bold.
    Soon you'll meet the Nore men
