  1. The Late Major O'Grady got the title of Lord Guillamore about ten years before his death. His name was Hugh O'Grady and he had two sons Walter and Hugh. The eldest son was Walter and he died after attaining the age of twenty one years. Hugh entered the British army, and rose to the rank of Colonel, after the Great War. Himself and his ancestors were Protestant but were of the tolerant type, always popular with their neighbours.
    The castle was built by one of the O'Grady family about one hundred and fifty years ago. It is now in possession of one, Mr. Thompson who was a
