    A boot, if turned upside down when dogs were crying, was supposed to stop them.
    If two people washed their hands in the same water they would surely quarrel.
    It was unlucky to pick up anything you dropped. It should be done by somebody else.
    A woman should not whistle or open an umbrella inside. A whistling woman or a crowing hen
