    The men ceased working immediately and on looking around them beheld a huge fierce animal with fire blazing out of his eyes rushing towards them.
    Three of the men ran for dear life but John Keane stood his ground and called on the others to do the same; but they ran on and left John Keane "alone in his glory".
    After a short time John Keane too took to flight when he found himself alone and the animal madly pacing around the Castle and around the flagstone.
