  1. Long ago when Wolves were here in Kilbehenny there lived a woman in a lonely little house in one of the Glens of Coolattin. One evening she heard a robber coming to her house she got frightened and ran up a ladder that led to some kind of a little lobby and drew the ladder after her.
The robber cames in he had a big bag (bag) of gold which he started counting. After a time a wolf came in and ate him up and went away. Then the woman let down the ladder and came down she was able to have all the gold for herself.
