    In my own farm in Barnagurraha we have some peculiar names on our fields.

    In my own farm in Barnagurraha we have some peculiar names on our fields.
    1. A field with a big hollow - Log Brawn.
    2. Another called - Log bheag.
    3. The field where Paradise well was said to have been before it removed down to Michael O'Briens lios called Log (Lug) mór.
    There was a cairn there and when my father levelled it he got five or six pounds worth of silver there.
    4. The field with two hollows called - The Lug of the Ashes.
    5. Páirc An Aitinn.
    6. The field with the height called - "Leackan".
