  1. I heard this story which is supposed to be true. That in the year 1919 after the great war, a gentleman was anxious to get in touch with his son who was killed in the war. He had in his employment a simple innocent girl of about 15 years. The gentleman began to hold seances, or spiritualist meetings and used the young girl as "Medium" or answering party. The girl was an orphan, and when the authorities heard of what was going on she was removed to a priests house under a housekeeper. After a time great noises were heard and tables began to move. There was a meeting of priests over it and the girl was sent
