    What a life I lead in my lone meandering.
    By moor and mead, with the woods philandering.
    Where song birds hail the new-risen morn.
    Through glens that echo the huntsman's horn.
    Past lone green mounds, where the sidhe abounding.
    Make wild, weird music, whose stains clear sounding.
    Lure mortals trusting in mystic measures.
    To drink at the fountain of fairy pleasures.
    I wind and wander by the age old mountains.
    And quench my thirst in their foam tipped fountains.
    Their feet I lave, and in verdant mazes.
    Trace reed-fringed pathways about their bases.
