  1. Dolmens in the Locality.
    There is a Dolmen in Clorane in the land of Mrs. Browning.
    Clorane is situated about two miles to the north east of Shountrade school. It consists of three large stones with a big flag-stone on top.
    The rubble has fallen away and the spaces between the stones are empty. Looking through one can see the hollow centre. There is no trace of a burial urn.
    There is another Dolmen in Clonshire in the parish of Adare, about one mile
