  1. The Haunted House at Adare.
    Up to ten years ago there was a row of thatched cottages at the west end of Adare village on the main road leading from Limerick to Tralee. The upper house was called locally the "haunted house". Many people tried to live in it at different times but failed. they were disturbed by voices and noises at night.
    Many people passing on the road at mid-night were attacked by an unseen force.
