  1. St. James's Well, Croagh.
    Not far from Croagh Church on the south side of the road are the remains of an old Holy well. It is nearly choked up with weeds and mud through the neglect and carelessness of the people.
    It was dedicated to St. James the Apostle and was a famous well at one time. The following true story is told of its healing powers by Cornelious Normoyle of Rour.
