  1. There was two schools here long ago. One was a blue school. It was a very bad school. A lot of people lost their money there. It is a shop now. It was a shop when the people lost their money. One man went to America and came home with a lot of money. He lost it all there.
    There was a school in the Quay, Askeaton, Co. Limerick. It was a big school. The people had to pay to be learned in it. It was Miss Dillon that teached in it. She was a cross teacher.
