  1. St. James' Well
About twelve months ago there was a girl cured at the well. Her name was Daly from Ballingarrry. She came every Saturday evening and every Sunday morning for nine turns consecutively. James O'Grady threw the water on the girl. After the seventh time the evil began to get better and after the ninth time the evil was not to be seen. There was no person cured at St. James well later than that.
