  1. One day St. Joseph and the Blessed Virgin and our Lord were going to Egypt. They met a beggar. The Blessed Virgin had little food but she gave the beggar some. That night tey slept near a bush and in the morning the bush was drooping with food. Another day on their way to Egypt they got very thirsty and they had no water to drink. They rested a little and after some time a well sprang up near them and they had plenty water to drink.
