  1. Local Heroes
    A man named Michael McCarthy was returning home from cutting turf and he attacked by a bull. He had a special shovel which was used for cutting turf around here long ago. He caught the bull by the tail and hit him a couple of strokes on the back. The bull fell and the man jumped on top of and kept him down. He then took out a pocket knife and killed him.
