  1. Woollen thread was made from sheep's wool. The people long ago used to have a flock of sheep. When they wanted to shear the sheep, they used to wash them in a hole of water. They used to leave the sheep for four or five days to dry. Then they used to shear them and leave the wool on the shortgrass to dry. When it was dry the woman used to card it and fine it out. Then the women used to spin it.
