- "Wind". if the wind blows form S.W. it is an indication of rain.
If it moves eastwards or north an N.East it indicates dine weather.
If it moves N. by the West and settles N.E it is an omen of coming rain
"Clouds" when they rise in the West and lingers over the MTS it shows rain is near
Clouds moving swiftly indicates a storm.
"Moon" A "halo" or (bousheen) round the moon indicates rain
If the moon sits up straight it is a great token of fine weather.
If the moon sits down, it is a sign of rain and bad weather.
"Sun" If the sun sets with a blood-red glow, it means fine weather.
If it sets with a yellowish colour in the west, it shows approaching rain.
