  1. Food in Olden Times
    In olden times people used to eat three meals a day. From the 1st of August to the end of January people used to ate nothing but potatoes and sour milk.
    At 8 o'clock was breakfast time 1 o'clock was dinner time and between 9 and 10 o'clock was supper time. People used to work in the morning before taking food. In most houses the table used to be in the centre of the floor and people used to sit and stand round the table. In the Spring time they used to ate meal
