   There is about an acre of ground under potatoes on our farm. Some years we plant more and some years we plant less. My Father and the work-man prepare the ground. Some of the potatoes are sown in drills and others in ridges. When potatoes are set in ridges the taob-foid's must first be turned with a spade a trench is
