    Candles are lighted on "Little Christmas Eve" night. At midnight on this night, the water is supposed to be changed into wine in every house. Doors are never locked on Christmas Night, and a poor person should not be turned away from the door on this night.
    On Easter Sunday, it is customary to eat more eggs than usual.
    On Shrove Tuesday, pancakes are used, it is called "Pancake night."
