  1. Every Irishman and Irishwoman have heard something about fairy forts. There is a fort near my house. It is a big fort. There is a fence of earth all around it. It is a round fort. There are some trees around it too. It is said that if you ever cut a tree out of a fort you will have no luck. The old people said that little people live under the forts.
