  1. Generally the people had three meals a day in olden times - breakfast, dinner and supper. For breakfast they had potatoes, and they worked for two or three hours (long ago) before it. For dinner they had potatoes and thick milk, and for supper, which was about eight o'clock, they had potatoes and milk, and sometimes they had oaten bread and milk.
