  2. If a person is bitten by a dog, the owner is usually notified to put the dog to death.
    The cause of this is :-
    1st If the dog were not killed the wound may never heal, and it may cause the death of the person.
    2nd. In many cases the one or the other must die. To save the person the dog is killed.
