  1. There is a holy well called Sunday's well near the main road between Rathcormac and Fermoy. It is situated in the townland of Farran Castlelyons. The owner of the land a Mr. Coughlan - was in dispute with another neighbour to stop him from going for water there. After a little while the well rose at the other side of the ditch.
