One "Fools Day" long ago a man named Paddy Casey was thatching at our house.

One "Fools Day" long ago a man named Paddy Casey was thatching at our house. When the servant-boy whose name was Jerr Callaghan was going to the Creamery he told him to call to Paddy Keeffes for the crooked and straight. He asked for it at Keeffes but Paddy Keeffe only laughed at him and reminded him that it was Fools Day.
