    The old graveyard in the village contains the site of the old Brúgh or chieftains residence.
    The old Catholic Church was built on the site of the Brúgh.
    A gallán stands in a field in Murphy’s land (The Leap). Tradition says a witch threw it after an enemy. The prints of fingers are discernible on it
