  1. The Care of Farm Animals
    The farm animals we have at home are cows, horses, calves, hens, ducks, geese, turkeys and pigs. The names of the cows are Goggin, Broady, Hartnett, Spot, Glouney, Black, Field, Broderick, Rosie, Shine, Drum and Roan. When driving the cows in or out of a field we say How How and when calling them we say Huff Huff. When calling pigs we say "Hurrish, Hurrish" and when driving them we say "Cudja Cudja". When calling hens we say "Took Took" and when driving them we say "Seek Seek". When calling ducks we say "Finne Finne". When calling turkeys we say "Be Be". When calling Geese we say "Baddie Baddie".
    Our cow house is rectangular in shape with a slated roof. There are two doors in the front. They are broader than the doors of the houses of the other farm animals. Cows are tied in three ways by the
