    Ireland where he was tried and convicted and he was hanged in a place called Ard na Croise and the place is known by that name to the present day.

  2. HOME-MADE TOYS
    Teetoturn – This is how our ancestors made toys. The “teetoturn” was made of wood painted on one end with a handle on top. It had four sides on each of which are the letters J A N P. This was used in playing a game.
    Bow and Arrow – The bow was made with a twig of sally or hazel about three feet long and each side was tied with a cord or twine about two feet long. The arrow was made of a piece of hard wood about one and a half feet long. It was pained on one side.
