In 1847 Daniel Cronin Coltsman built a mill and a store house on the brink of Átha na Luinge Báine - at present known as the Courthouse. About ten years later it fell into disuse and the mill was rased. Timothy Long's grandfather was the first to mount the old mill to level it. During the process the workmen heard a voice saying slowly and distinctly "Come down and dont break" - the voice seemed to come from the old wall. - Collector
