  1. One day a neighbouring farmer went to town for meal and flour. He carried a horse and car. A couple of miles outside the town he saw a light on the road before him. When he came up near it the horse stopped and would not go any further. After a while he was beginning to get afraid. Just then it disappeared. He went away home.
    It was about twelve o' clock at night. Then he was taking off his shoes he heard the crying outside the door. He went to the door but he could not see anything. He was dead for that day week.
