She stretched forth her hand, and would not allow him to proceed, and was about to kill him.
He asked "to allow him to pass as he was in a hurry" but he would return again next night as she wished. The following night he was afraid to return home. He decided to consult with the priest. The priest accompanied him to the place, when they arrived the woman was there.
The priest questioned her, and she stated she had killed her husband.
The priest banished her, and it is said she disappeared in the form of flame.
She has not been seen or met by anyone in that place since.

One day a farmer saw a white cow with his cattle. He milked her and found she had more milk that all the other cows.
He kept her for a number of years, he then brought a butcher to his house to kill the cow as he thought she was very old, as he had a number of calves reared from her.
When the butcher was about to kill the cow, she leaped into the air, bellowed and disappeared.
All her calves with the exception of one, which did(continues on next page)
