    One night in September about 10 o clock we all gathered in to old Katty Mack.

    One night in Sept. about 10 o'clock,
    We all gathered in to old Katty Mack.
    With a quarter of Guiness's real Irish stock,
    To gamble for Katty's old gander.
    2nd
    The game it went on very quietly at first,
    We all were quite merry while quenching our thirst.
    But Guiness was strong and we soon got the worst,
    Of disorder and noise at the gander.
    3rd
    About 12 o'clock the game was all o'er,
    Jer Rodger had won and he made for the door.
    Saying :- "Come on, good women my Katie, asthore;
    Let us capture the lad of a gander.

    "Oh Jerry; Oh Jerry; she roared from the yard,
