  1. "Mitchell's Hill" is two miles from Blarney. It is in the townland of Knocknasuff, Blarney Parish, Co. Cork. It is called Mitchel's Hill because a man named Mitchel lived long ago in a thatched house at the bottom of the hill. This man Mitchel was a very small man.
