  1. In the townland of Kilpatrick there is a place where people go to pray and perform rounds in honour of the great Saint. The place where they pray was once a graveyard. There is a stone with a hollow in the centre which always contains water.

  2. How Saint Patrick cursed the tailors.
As St Patrick was travelling on his circuit of Ireland a button one day fell off his coat and he asked a tailor to sew it on again.
"You are poor enough to do your own business!" answered the tailor.
"Pride and poverty be your lot for ever!" said Saint Patrick.
