  1. There are six graveyards in this parish. There is one in Rathmore, in Gneevguilla and in Knocknagree with a church beside each of them, and there is one in Nohoval, in Kilquane, and at Old Chapel with no churches beside them. It is in Nohoval that most of the old people of Rathmore were buried. All the graveyards have stone-walls around them with an entrance gate with the exception of Old Chapel. It is said that Nohoval graveyard was once in the north of the Rathmore
