  1. Old Song

    My name is John Maher.

    My name is John Maher.
I am a man that loves pleasure.
It is two dozen years since I first saw the light.
    I jumped over a table.
    I jumped over a wall.
I roamed it far west to a place called Crossbarry and back to Ballyheade where I am very well known and likewise Ballymartle where and fame Ballygarry and back into Tracton where the Abbey lie low.
