  1. About sixty years ago a leprechaun was seen in Lisduff fort mending shoes and a man caught him and he tried to escape but the man held a firm grip on him. He told him he would give him a crock of gold but to let him go. He said to dig under a tree near by and he would get a crock of gold. The man dug under the tree and he found a crock of leaves instead
