About fifty years ago a man named Michael Sullivan lived in East Mountain. He had no land but lived in a house on the side of the road.

    (continued from previous page)
Easter morning he ate eighteen eggs and eighteen potatoes for his breakfast. One day he was working on a farm with other men during the day the men were thirsty and a large pail of milk was brought into the field only one man had drank out of this pail when Michael got it, and when he had drank there was not enough for one man left.
He was a tall, stout man, and very healthy.
