There is a fort in McCarthy's land in Burren.

There is a fort in McCarthy's land in Burren
    It contains about three acres
It also contains a large number of small houses which are built underground
The doors leading to the houses can be clearly seen on the surface
These houses are supposed to have been occupied by a small race of men called the Danes a long time ago.
Owners of these forts do not care to cultivate them as they claim it is unlucky.
