  1. The tailors work in their own homes nowadays. In olden times they used to go from house to house making clothes for the people in them. The tailors used not stock cloth in olden times because the people made and had their own cloth. Some of the tailors stock cloth at present.
    The people at present do not spin cloth in the home. They used to spin the wool and flax into cloth in olden times.

    The implements that the tailor uses are:- a sewing-machine, a thimble, a needle, a scissors and an iron.

    Home-made shirts are not made or worn. They used to be made in olden times. Some people knit stockings but they do not spin their own thread. In olden
