    in full view of the village. There is a rock which is situated about three or four yards away from it and people call it "Carrag na Marbh" because it was supposed that there was an old monastery situated beside it and those that passed with a corpse always placed it on this rock and went into the monastery to pray.
    This is an old story told by the people of to-day.
