  1. Fridays are counted unlucky for visiting sick people. In this district people think they would not have a good crop of potatoes unless they would start sowing after St Patrick's Day, and finish on Good Friday.
    Some people say that it is unlucky to remove from one house to another on Good Friday, and on Easter Sunday.
