  1. If the sky is covered with brown clouds it is believed that it is for rain. When the moon is surrounded by a circle it is believed that that is for bad weather. It is believed that blue clouds are for a thunder storm. It is the south east wind which brings the most rain in my district. It is believed that when the swallows fly high that that is a sign of good weather, and that when the swallows fly low it is a sign of bad weather. It is believed that when rain is near some kinds of insects fly around. Women believe that it is a sign of rain to see soot falling.
