    potatoes. Wash and peel them. Grate them. Put the pieces into a little bag and squeeze the juice from them into a basin. After a while the starch will sink to the bottom of the basin. Throw away the rest of the juice. Put the starch, the potatoes and a small quantity of flour into a basin.
    Mix buttermilk with them. Heat the frying pan and grease it with butter. Put the dough into the pan. After a half a hour it would be baked.
