    If a person went in one door of the house and out the other door they would unknowingly carry away the luck of the house. If a person went into a house when churning would be going on and if they went out again without twisting the barrel they would unknowingly carry away the butter. If your right hand was itchy you would get a shake hands. If your left hand was itchy you would get money. If your nose was itchy there is someone talking about you. It is unlucky to have thirteen buttons in a wedding dress. If a spark from the fire flew on your clothes you would get money. If a person spilt salt on the table
