When tying a cow we push out the stake of wood, the cow puts her head and neck between the stakes, then we pull in the stake and put the hasp on it.
When letting out a cow we take the hasp off the stake and then we push the stake backwards and the cow takes out her head. When calling the hens we say Tuck! Tuck!
When calling the calves we say Suck! Suck!
When calling the ducks we say Feen! Fenn!
When calling the geese we say hi - hag!
When calling the dog we say Shep! Shep!
When calling the cat we say puss! puss!
When calling the turkey we say Tee! Tee!
When calling the pigs we say bon! bon!
When calling the sow we say hursh! hursh!
