  1. John Jago was the landlord over Derrycarhoon and Rathrawane. He lived in Westfield Aughadown. He was noted to be a bad landlord. Once a man was short one shilling in the rent and he should go home again for it. He left the district about ten years ago. He had a son named Abraham and when he died he gave him his lands and property.
